31.03.01: Le Lussac, rue Gay Lussac / rue Le Goff A Saturday chargé: the Musée Carnavalet with Pollie and one of her students, coffee at a crêperie nearby, extricating myself before the situation with Pollie got any weirder, heading for another coffee with the D.F. Wallace piece in Harper's that Joe had been raving about, enjoying my window seat, the lack of piped-in music, and the kitschy crockery at the café, and finally a great film, Le Goût des Autres in the miniscule balcony of my favourite cinema, Denfert. If only the café hadn't becaome a sushi restaurant by the time I was back for the photo.
